We're Kasey Dreier and Ana Sheila Victorino, the mothers of The 10-Day Stress Detox . We know that you're totally crushing it! We’re both products of high-achieving, competitive academic and corporate cultures. We’ve also both suffered real health consequences from those decades of chronic stress.

By the time I was 29 I was earning six-figures as an executive at a Fortune 500 company. I had two Stanford engineering degrees, a professional engineering license and had just successfully launched the rebrand of a 26,000 person company across 50 countries. And I was M.I.S.E.R.A.B.L.E.
No matter how many accolades I accumulated, I never felt content. I wasn’t eating well. I wasn’t sleeping well. I wasn’t living well.
Therefore, on my 29th birthday I chose to unsubscribe from the myth that in order to crush my goals I have to crush my soul. I quit my fancy job with no backup plan and spent the next several years teaching yoga, becoming a health coach, and forging my path as an entrepreneur.
Now I run a coaching business and technology company dedicated to empowering boss babes to ditch their exhaustion, manage their stress, and crush their goals without crushing their soul.
ANA SHEILA VICTORINO
I’m an entrepreneur and product manager passionate about using data and user-centric product design to elevate female-owned businesses, especially women of color. I love helping people be the best they can be, and simplifying the processes that get in the way of that.
An immigrant from Mexico, I've spent most of my life following a very linear definition of success. I went to Stanford for undergrad; I got my MBA at UCLA; and spent the past 10 years building a career as a product manager. In the tech world I was often the only woman and the only Latinx in a technical role. I'm grateful for these opportunities and feel indebted to my family and communities that helped me achieve them.
But with those opportunities and accolades came intense pressure to achieve success. Success meant doing more to get more - more degrees, more recognition, more awards.
It wasn't until I had a serious health issue that I paused to reexamine this definition and my path. I woke up one morning and couldn't walk without agonizing pain. Not only could I not go to work, I couldn't perform basic tasks. In fact the only thing I could do was learn how to meditate. So that's what I did.
Luckily, I'm healthier than I've been - mentally, physically, and spiritually. My priorities are forever changed. I quit my job in early 2018 in order to redefine what success means to me. And I'm committed to building products, like The 10-Day Stress Detox, that help other women do the same!
